2001 release of "curriculum standards" in the past the listening and speaking ability into oral communication ability, this is the Chinese teaching reform in China reflect the teaching of oral communication. Oral communication ability for our survival and development has an important role. However, at the present stage our country high school Chinese spoken communication teaching practice is not optimistic, the cause of this phenomenon is in the system of college entrance examination, oral communication assessment not included in the examination system, most schools do not open individual oral communicative class, teachers and students put a lot of time and effort in the teaching of reading. In reading class in the guidance of students' oral communication were rather casual lack of validity and rationality. Therefore, oral communication is not ideal in the implementation of high school.In view of this, the author of oral communication research literature to sort out and established the theoretical foundation of the research; using questionnaire and interview methods to understand the situation of Chinese oral communication teaching, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the current situation, the high school students oral communication can force needs to be improved, at the same time, high school oral communication teaching implementation situation is not optimistic, teachers lack of oral communication right profound understanding, teaching effectiveness is low. According to relevant literature, put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures, namely in the repeat penetration listening skills training; penetration of skills training in the readings, lectures, discussions, debates and interviews in permeate the cultivation of ability to deal with. These strategies formulation combined with teaching materials corresponding topics and "research and practice" in the relevant parts of the design, to enhances the language teacher in the teaching of reading initiative to penetrate the consciousness of oral communication, improve the teachers'oral communicative knowledge system, improve the effectiveness of oral communication teaching, which will implement the oral communication teaching.Permeation of oral communication teaching in the reading teaching, teachers should pay attention to choose the appropriate text, clear oral communication and reading teaching goals, identify the oral communication teaching of reading and the combination of, clear to penetrate the oral communication knowledge and skills, improve to seeping the effectiveness of oral communication teaching in the reading.
