High school Chinese curriculum reform is in full swing, the different types of new education idea in the process of curriculum reform also gradually get field of experts, scholars and teachers' attention. In the process of high school Chinese curriculum reform, pay attention to the student main body of this request is for everybody. Modern prose reading and appreciation of teaching is an important part of high school Chinese teaching, is an important part of the students as main body role.Attaches great importance to the reader experience in reception aesthetics point of view in this advocate students under the background of subject, is also slowly education workers found its value in the study of language education.The starting point of this paper is high school reading teaching of modern prose.Combined with reception aesthetics in the "Vision of expectations" and the "Calling structure" two big characteristics, modern prose theory of reception aesthetics in high school reading teaching the application of research. The article is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the origin and significance of the study, the research object, the research present situation, the research train of thought and methods, and innovation and the insufficiency in the study. The second part is an overview of reception aesthetics theory. In numerous theoretical value of the aesthetics of reception, the article mainly chosen from "Vision of expectations" and "Calling structure" structure two aspects to overview. The third part is the current situation of modern prose in high school reading teaching enumeration and analysis,found that the present stage prose reading teaching to the existing problems in high school, and analyzes the problems existing in the teaching. The fourth part is in the discovery and analysis on the basis of combining the theory of reception aesthetics reception aesthetics theory in high school reading teaching to explore the application of modern prose. The last part is conclusion. This part is mainly to summarize of thispaper.Reception aesthetics principle in the use of Chinese language teaching research has begun. But this article is based on high school reading teaching of modern prose,targeted research is in high school Chinese curriculum reform under the background of combining modern prose and the characteristics of the high school students. In this paper, applying the principles of reception aesthetics to modern prose reading teaching and the important meaning for teaching and analysis, and lists examples to demonstrate reception aesthetics can practice of modern prose in high school reading teaching.
