The establishment of a "double-qualified" teachers force for vocational education is a national strategy for improving the level of vocational education in China.In 2014,the State Council issued the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education.Among them,the overall planning and deployment of the "double-qualified"teachers team has been carried out.As an important industry to promote the economic transformation and leapfrogging development of Guangxi,equipment manufacturing industry of Guangxi has been developing and expanding,and its large number of skilled talents are in urgent need of strengthening the construction of the "double-teacher" teaching staff in vocational education.So,in this paper,the competency theory and the people-job matching theory are used as the analysis tools.Through the design of a reasonable questionnaire,the teachers in several vocational colleges in Guangxi are investigated.The basic situation of"double-competence" teachers in the equipment manufacturing category of Guangxi vocational colleges is analyzed.This paper adopts behavioral event interview method,questionnaire survey method,quantitative analysis method and other research methods for empirical research.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:first of all,the overall scale of:double-qualified" teachers in equipment manufacturing in Guangxi higher vocational colleges is not only in short supply,but also the process of talent cultivation and recognition is difficult to meet the objective demand of rapid development and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Guangxi.Second;The overall scale of "double-competence" teachers in equipment manufacturing in Guangxi higher vocational colleges is not only in short supply,but also the process of talent cultivation and recognition is difficult to meet the objective demand of rapid development and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Guangxi.Third,a tower competency model composed of five dimensions,including teacher's basic characteristics,teaching skills,management skills,professional skills and personal characteristics,which contain 22 factors,such as unique vision,strong emergency response ability and skilled practical operation technology,is constructed.Finally,on the basis of the tower competency model based on the construction,this paper puts forward a series of human resource development measures for the education department and higher vocational colleges to carry out the construction of From manpower,funds,policy environment to provide convenient conditions,such as improve the "double-competence" teachers'construction system(qualification recognition system,professional title evaluation system,assessment and incentive system);To build and improve the "double-competence" teacher training system in higher vocational colleges;To provide convenient conditions in manpower,fund and policy environment.
