The Study On Performance Evaluation About University Information Disclosure

The university information disclosure is another important step to extend the construction of democratic politics to the field of education. The university information disclosure will not only help promote democratic participation, democratic management and democratic supervision of the university, but also is helpful for the majority of staff and students to effectively exercise their democratic rights and fulfill the obligations of democracy. Promoting information disclosure plays an important role on the process that university reforms management. This paper presents a scientific and reasonable evaluation method about university Information disclosure performance and establish a complete set of performance evaluation index system, applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the university information disclosure.In this paper, the contents of research includes the following aspects.Firstly, the theoretical foundation of university information disclosure performance evaluation studies. This paper describes the basic theory of university information disclosure, and define the the concept and connotation of university information disclosure and then explained the meaning of performance evaluation and university information disclosure performance evaluation.Secondly, the construction of university information disclosure performance evaluation index system and performance evaluation model. First, analysis the principles,process and content of the establishment of performance evaluation index system, and then collect the opinions of experts and the public on the basis of a preliminary investigation to determine the index system of performance evaluation of university information disclosure,combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the university performance evaluation model of information disclosure.Thirdly, the empirical research. This Paper uses Xiangtan University in Hunan Province Xiangtan City for the study. According to the actual information disclosure situation of Xiangtan university, questionnaires are made for the majority of teachers and students. Then, collecting relevant information and data, sorting through the data analysis, we get the evaluation results.Finally, the proposal to increase the level of university information disclosure. From the results of empirical research,the writer put forward specific proposals. Such as raising awareness of the importance of information disclosure, improve information disclosure system, build scientific information disclosure performance evaluation system and rational use the university performance evaluation results of information disclosure.
