The rule of law education is an important part of "moral" teaching materials, while curriculum teaching is an important method in law education. In promoting the rule of law, building a socialist country ruled by law, the rule of law education of junior high school students have achieved certain results, But the "thought moral character" the law related education in the course of study is not perfect. Therefore, the author to the actual problems of the Five Cha gou School "Arxan city" ideological and moral lesson in the rule of law education as well as the solution method is studied as an example.This paper takes Five Cha gou Junior Middle School students in Arxan city as the research object, through the method of foundation for lots of relevant books and literature on the questionnaire survey and interview of eighth grade "thought moral character" the rule of law education to analyze the existing problems, and from the school, teachers, students, teaching materials and School of law in five aspects of the educational environment take measures. In order to strengthen the "Ideological and moral" course of legal education, let the students become the rule of law, conscientiously study, usage, qualified law-abiding.
