With the overall opening of ‘two-child' policy, now every couple can not only have one kid. The children who were born between 2000 and2009 become the last generation of the only child in the history. They are passionate, pursue individuality and would like to accept new things, but they have weak will power. When they meet some problems, they will escape or ask their parents for help. Everyone in the family loves them and treats they like ‘little princess' or ‘little emperor'. Parents view them as a pearl and would like to pay every effort to give them excellent living conditions and studying environment. They are always well-off and never experience frustrations. Because of this, they are bad at facing frustrations and always have negative emotions when they have difficulties. They may be weary of studying, refuse to talk with schoolmates, parents and teachers. Some of them even commit suicide. This phenomenon deserves the public attention. Therefore, frustration education becomes a very important part of school moral education.This paper uses sample survey to conduct research on students,parents and teachers in junior high school grade one of Hohhot Thirty Forth High school. It knows about the current reasons of junior high school students frustrations and the problems of frustration education,combines it with the new achievements of frustration education theories and puts forward the strategies of junior high school students frustration education. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: the understanding and research on junior high school students frustration education. It collects related information mainly from the Internet and organizes them to define junior high school students,frustrations and frustration education. It uses interviews to research onjunior high school students frustration education current situations,analyzes research results and finds out the frustration origins of junior high school students, including studying, personal emotions, interpersonal relationship, family environment and appearances, which are helpful for the following discussions.The second part: the existing problems of junior high school students frustration education. This part discusses it from two aspects. One is the problems of students themselves and the other is external factors,including problems of parents, schools and society.The third part: the strategy research of junior high school students frustration education. This part is the main point of this paper. It analyzes the principles of executing frustration education and puts forward the strategies of junior high school students frustration education.Although frustration education has attracted the attention of schools,parents and society, it is a long-term and complicated project. It should set different contents for different age groups and stages. Families,schools and society should have cooperation to form composition forces to conduct frustration education.
