Teacher professionalism has become a current trend of teacher education development and construction of teachers team,it is also the key point of the current teacher education reform in China. In order to realize the teachers' professional development, we need to strength the two aspects of pre-service education and post-career education. Normal education plays an important role In the stage of the teachers' pre-service education, as a practical part of the normal education, Education practice is a principle of integrating theory with practice, realizing training goal indispensable link. Students could use the Comprehensive knowledge in education and teaching practice through education practice. The success of education practice has important significance in achieving the specialization of teachers.According to that cognition, the research takes J normal university for sample study. We surveyed the students who had took part in the education practice through questionnaires and interviews. We obtained the following conclusions: the education practice did promote normal students' professional development effectively,the practical effect is about to be promoted. The best progress is professional competence, while professional affect and professional knowledge followed. What have main differences on normal students' professional development are the amount of attending and having a class, the willing to education practice, the freedom of practice, the pre-service training and the guidance of teachers as well. The author study from the following several parts:Chapter 1, introduction selected topic reason of choosing, the research situation, purpose,and the content.Chapter 2,define the following concepts,education practice,the professional development of teaching.Chapter 3, an overview of teaching practice in our country.Chapter 4,education practice research and analysis of teachers professional development.Chapter 5, the measures and suggestions of improving education practice and the students' better professional development.
