Replacement teaching internship help the kindergartens which in remote and rural areas alleviate the contradiction between the shortage of excellent teachers,but the professional development of preschool education internship faces many difficulties.This study has made a questionnaire on the professional development of preschool education interns,and then hand out the questionnaires to 265 undergraduates who majoring in preschool education and participated in the replacement teaching internship,and interviewed 15 of them,to understand the influence of the replacement teaching internship on the professional development of preschool interns,then analysis the factors which affecting the professional development of interns in the process of replacement teaching internship,and based the survey results put forward scientific and reasonable suggestions for improving replacement teaching internship of preschool education.This study has found that:1.The questionnaire has a good reliability and validity for the "Professional Development Questionnaire for Preschool Education Interns",it can be more realistic to reflect the impact of the replacement teaching internship on the professional development of the undergraduates.2.In general,replacement teaching internship has a positive impact on the professional development of preschool education interns.However,from eachdimension,nearly half of the undergraduates are not in good shape in every dimension.3.There is no significant difference in the professional development of undergraduates of different genders and different classes in replacement teaching internship.Colleges and universities at different levels has a significant impact on students' professional development.In terms of professional ideas and teachers' ethics and professional ability,the influence of replacement teaching internship on practice leaders is significantly higher than that undergraduates who are not in charge of internship,however,there is no significant difference in the dimension of professional knowledge.There is no significant difference in the influence of different places of teaching practice on undergraduates' professional knowledge and ability,but there is significant difference in the influence of professional concept and morality.In terms of professional ability,the impact of the replacement teaching internship on non-bilingual kindergarten undergraduates is significantly higher than that of bilingual kindergartens,but there is no significant difference in professional.4.There are three main points in the influence of the replacement teaching internship on the professional concept and morality of undergraduate students in preschool education.First,the interns have the professional ethics and professionalism,but some of the interns ' career ideals are shaken.Second,build the interns' understanding of the kindergarten teacher profession,but not comprehensive.The third is to find that the phenomenon of non-standardization in the kindergartens is frequent,so the attitude and behavior of the interns are affected.5.The influence of replacement teaching internship on the professional knowledge of undergraduate students in preschool education mainly includes the following three points.First,the interns have rich theoretical knowledge,but the educational concepts are inconsistent with their behavior.The second is to find that interns have acquired relevant professional knowledge,but there are still loopholes.The third is to find that interns can't communicate smoothly in the cross-cultural environment,limit them to study professional knowledge.6.There are two main influences on the professional ability of undergraduatestudents in preschool education.First,the ability to live independently is exercised,but the development of professional competence is polarized.Second,the intern's education and teaching ability was improved,but the professional guidance was lacking.7.In the process of replacement teaching internship,the organization and management of the replacement teaching internship,the content of the replacement teaching internship,the guidance to the internship students,and the conditions of the replacement teaching internship will have a positive or negative impact on the professional development of preschool undergraduate students.8.At the end of the study,two suggestions for improving replacement teaching internship in preschool education were put forward.First,establish and improve the internship system and optimize the coordination mechanism of relevant parties.The specific approach is: pay attention to the preparation work,strictly review the teaching content,promote the effective guidance for the "double tutor system",improve the replacement teaching internship subsidy system,formulate and improve the reflection and evaluation mechanism.The second is to enrich the innovative multiple internship model and achieve a win-win situation for stakeholders.The specific approach is:undergraduate students practice in high-quality kindergarten,high-quality kindergarten's teacher support rural kindergartens,rural kindergarten's teacher attend replace training in colleges.
