"College Computer Course" is public basic course to train students'computational thinking and basic operation skills. Although in recent years there are many attempts to reform the teaching, still having other issues, such as reasonable arrangement lessons, improving teaching content. The emergence and development of Massive open online courses (MOOC) provides an opportunity for educators around the world to seek the new teaching mode. Small private online courses (SPOC) absorb and inherit MOOC's advantages, such as the micro video according to the decomposition of knowledge, effective test activities and the learning behavior analysis based on the platform of the course. The use for small groups of users, and integrated the online self-study and offline face to face teaching therefore more applicable to campus teaching environment. In this paper, use College computer Basis I for teaching practice course, with hybriding flipped classroom teaching mode of the combination of online and offline, detailing the practice process, for other curriculum reform provides reference and guiding significance.This paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter describes the research background, research content, research theory and practical significance and the use of research methods; the second chapter is the research summary and theoretical basis, carefully combing the origin, development and appropriate teaching practice of the MOOC and SPOC, in addition, introducing learning theory to guide practice. The third chapter briefly describes the situation of curriculum implementation about College Computer Basis I in Inner Mongolia Normal University, which Includes the platform introduction about "Normal School" and development of blended flipped classroom teaching mode of the combination of online and offline. The fourth chapter describes the teaching practice of the SPOC about teaching module of "Word2010 Applications" and then conducting the teaching effectiveness analysis. The fifth chapter summarizes research of this topic, analyzes the shortage of this research and looks forward to the future prospects of research direction.The results are as follows from the practice:conducting SPOC teaching practice of College Computer Basis I can improve some predicament with which computer courses are faced in my school, simultaneously enhance interesting of the courses and stimulate the students' enthusiasm and interests so as to promote students' self-learning ability and improve students'learning effects.
