With the rapid development of our country's economy and the improvement of living standards,extracurricular counseling organizations are more and more popular because of their flexibility in time and space and they usually teach students in accordance to their aptitude.Counseling agencies are an important supplement of school education. Counseling organization teachers are more professional with a high liquidity and their work is complex.At the same time, the education industry is based on the human. Teachers are the core competitive power of organizations.Therefore,tutoring agency performance evaluation plays an important role in promoting human resources management level and reducing the teacher turnover and improving the quality of teachers.This article selects the counseling organization of teachers performance appraisal as the research object. I chose the Xueda Education in Hohhot as the research sample. Withthe situation of Xueda Education teachers' performance appraisal I analyzed the problems and difficulties existing in current counseling organization teachers' performance appraisal and put forward some opinions and improvement measures. I adopted questionnaire and interview methods and investigated and interviewed Xueda workers.This article is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the counseling organization development in our country and the performance appraisal system of education industry and the purpose and significance of this paper.The second part explains some concepts related to counseling organization teachers' performance appraisal and then introduces two teachers' appraisal systems. The third chapter summarizes the effect the problems and the reasons of the counseling organizations performance appraisal. In the fourth part.I put forward solutions.
