Research On Female Students' Entrepreneurship Education In Vocational Colleges In Gender Perspective

With economic globalization and the development of innovation-based economy,entrepreneurship has become an important driving force for revitalizing the economy and enhancing the comprehensive national strength. Entrepreneurship education is an important way to cultivate entrepreneurial talent. College students are an important group of entrepreneurs, college students' entrepreneurship education is becoming a major topic of academic research.Female students are the important human resources who can promote the development of economic and social. The entrepreneurship education issues of female students in vocational college should become the focus of attention of state, society,and schools.This paper studies the problem of female students' entrepreneurship education in gender perspective. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the background and significance, introduces current research and puts forward the main content of the thesis and the research methods. The second chapter,makes the definition of the main concepts, explains the theoretical basis of entrepreneurship education which includes business process theory, theory of planned behavior and gender theory, and lay the theoretical foundation for this study. The third chapter discusses the current situation and problems of female students' entrepreneurship education through questionnaires, and surveys the results from the analysis of four dimensions. The forth chapter analysis the main factors which affects female students' entrepreneurship education, and the main four aspects which specifically includes government, higher vocational colleges, higher vocational college students themselves and the social. The fifth chapter, combines the factors of female students' entrepreneurship education in vocational college, puts forward the suggestions on the development of female students' entrepreneurship education in vocational college.
