Research On Entrepreneurship Education Of Female College Students

Nowadays,female college students' employment is becoming more and more difficult.Encouraging the female college students to start their own businesses so that the employment of entrepreneurship has become a new measure to solve the problem of employment of female college students.Related studies have shown that compared with male college students,female college students have some unique characteristics in the purpose of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurial orientation,personality and expertise.However,due to the influence of traditional concepts,the entrepreneurial education activities carried out in colleges and universities often ignore the gender differences between female students and male college students,and the teaching method is more suitable for male entrepreneurship.This is not helpful to maximize stimulate entrepreneurial potential.Therefore,to carry out differentiated entrepreneurship education for female college students to carry out entrepreneurship education is particularly urgent.It expounds that it is necessary to carry out the entrepreneurship education for female college students.As well as the policy support and the support of the teaching staff to carry out the entrepreneurship education for female college students.In this paper,429 female college students from different disciplines and grades in Z University were chosen as the research object,and the results of questionnaires were used in this research,which was based on social gender theory,educational equity theory,entrepreneurship education theory and feminist theory.This paper analyzes the entrepreneurial goals,entrepreneurial interests and self-cognition.The result of the 429 valid questionnaires were analyzed,and concluded that female college students' understanding and attitude of entrepreneurship,female college students selfcognition,the status of the female college students entrepreneurship education demand and suggestions for the entrepreneurship education.Through the investigation,it is concluded that the female college students have their advantages and disadvantages as well as different areas of interest compared with the male college students,and the general entrepreneurial education cannot meet their individual needs.Colleges and universities should carry out targeted entrepreneurship education from six aspects.First of all,cultivating gender awareness and establishing the concept of differentiated entrepreneurship education.Both educators and educators should establish a gender awareness and abandon traditional ideas.Second to improve the scientific nature of the curriculum,here is not to say that the entrepreneurship education for female students separately from the current entrepreneurship education system is completely separate,but on the basis of the existing education based entrepreneurs,considering the characteristics of female college students,to meet the needs of female college students added special courses.Thirdly,it provides more practice for female college students.Fourth,the construction of a combination of entrepreneurship education and teaching staff.Fifth,create a campus entrepreneurial culture,the formation of encouraging women entrepreneurship atmosphere.Sixth,actively carry out the study of female college students entrepreneurship education.
