Research On The Organization And Management Mode Of Students Associations With Our Own School Characteristics Taking Guangzhou Nansha NO.1 Middle School As An Example

The activities of students' associations are an important carrier of the campus culture.It plays a positive role in forming the healthy and exquisite campus culture.The sound and orderly development of students' associations not only has a positive effect on developing and improving school culture, but also plays a Significant role in promoting. Meanwhile, the students' associations are an important way to improve their comprehensive qualities.With the further development of new curriculum reform, people pay more and more attentions to the constructions of student's associations. The development of students' associations,which has direct influences on the formation and development of campus culture,contributes to the improvement of students 'comprehensive qualities.Therefore, it becomes particularly valuable for us to make a further research on the students' association and to make it not only carrying the campus culture essence but also promoting the development of the students ' comprehensive qualities.By doing investigations and interview surveys among our school students' associations and discovering problems which exists in organization and management of students' associations, this paper studies the improvement of Students' Comprehensive Quality,which forms Students' Associations with our own school characteristics and the management modes.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the topic of this study cause, research purposes, significance, contents and methods of this study. It also defines the key concepts.The second part summarized and analyzed some related documents of the domestic and foreign students' associations. It also gives a brief assessment of them.The third part is the empirical study of the paper.First introduced the basic situation of research target and the preparation and contents of the questionnaire. Then use the SPSS17.0 to questionnaire all the students about related questions of students' Associations, as well as analyzing the statistical data to sum out the main problems and causes existing in our school students' association organization and management.The fourth part is to choose some of the students' associations as the research targets to build our school special organization mode :1. Promoting school culture by helping the students to build the associations to achieve the talent training goal.2. Facilitating learning by offering position for students' association to solve the problem of time and place.3. Promoting growth by development projects to build the learning community.4. Promoting communication by having competitions to enhance the overall quality of community members.5. Promoting development by communicate to each other to improve personal comprehensive quality.Aiming at the existing management problems of our school students' associations and doing researches targeted some of the students' associations, the fifth part of this paper shows the double-line new management mode of students' associations,which has our own characteristics,basing on students' comprehensive quality. It also gives an all-sided expatiation and summary of the system, organization and methods mentioned in the double-line new management mode.
