A Study On The Role Of Students' Associations In Improving The Comprehensive Management And Quality Of College Students

With the implementation of quality-oriented education and the development of the plan of improving the quality of college students,college student associations in our country have developed rapidly to meet the needs of the times,which has become a beautiful landscape on campus and an important part of the second classroom in colleges and universities.As the main members of college student associations,they are the constructors and successors of socialist modernization,and need to improve their comprehensive quality while learning basic cultural knowledge.As an important carrier of quality education,college student associations play a more and more important role in improving the comprehensive quality of college students.But at present,there are a lot of associations in improving the comprehensive quality of college students.Problems,such as: insufficient understanding of the role of student associations in promoting college students' comprehensive quality;insufficient construction of student associations;uneven development of types of student associations;poor quality of activities of student associations,etc.The existence of these problems leads to the sustainable development of student associations,hinders the function of the community,and affects the improvement of college students' comprehensive quality.Therefore,how to construct college student associations to promote the improvement of college students' comprehensive quality is a common problem for current university education scholars and student association managers.In view of the above-mentioned problems,based on the characteristics of college students in Shaanxi province,this paper discusses the relationship between college students ' association and the comprehensive quality of college students by taking the concept and theory of comprehensive quality of college students ' association and college students as the entry points,analyzes the problems existing in college students ' association and the comprehensive quality of college students,and puts forward some countermeasures,namely,optimizing the organization management system,providing institutional support,increasing the input of students ' community,providing material support,and strengthening the teaching staff construction.Set up,provide intellectual support;strengthen the publicity of student associations,expand the influence of the community.It is expected that this study can arouse the ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities to attach great importance to the community work,strengthen the construction of student associations,improve the quality of student associations,and promote the comprehensive quality of college students.Train more high quality talents for the country.
