Under the background of the widening urban-rural gap and the widening social gap,the instrumental value of education has been magnified and become the last “save straw” for the “rescue” class.The instrumental value of “knowledge to change destiny” education has been further rooted in the countryside and cannot be shaken.The students in the rural schools are successful in the score theory.The “score and score,the life root of the students” has become the best interpretation of the current rural education evaluation.Such an evaluation concept has invisibly contributed to the "abnormality" case in the educational process.It only pays attention to the inevitable loss in the rural education score caused by the rural education between the scores and the inherent gap between urban and rural areas,and becomes a contradiction that can be erupted.With the reform of the educational evaluation mechanism,the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation is intended to break the traditional test evaluation concept,which brings opportunities and hopes for the development of rural education and the development of rural students.This research is devoted to the in-depth exploration of the real dilemmas encountered by rural schools in the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation,providing more practical reference suggestions for evaluation work,and promoting students in rural areas to evaluate ecological changes.This study,represented by three rural junior middle schools in Yiyang city,conducted questionnaire and interview survey on the basis of consulting the relevant documents and regulations of three schools.It concluded that the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation of rural junior middle schools has achieved certain progresses now.Suchas the information of evaluation work,positive evaluation attitude and expanded evaluation role.However,there are still some problems in the evaluation implementation,such as the imbalance of the participation of the evaluation subjects,the low degree of practice in the process of evaluation implementation,the difficulty in ensuring the development of evaluation and the weak stability of evaluation guarantee.Based on this,the research has carried on a deep search for the cause.It shows that the government,the school,the teacher and the student are four main elements to the current rural comprehensive quality appraisal implementation question.It has concluded that the government education function did not get full optimized and the school work did not get the point of this work.The teacher's level need to be promoted.The student's situation did a converse promotion.Combined with the modernization of rural education,the vision of calling for the core quality of students and the consideration of the actual difficulties of rural education,this paper puts forward some implementation suggestions for the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of rural junior high school students.Firstly,strengthen the publicity and training and establish the correct evaluation concept.Secondly,standardize the evaluation system and establish the scientific daily evaluation procedure.Thirdly,increase the technical support and break through the rural the dilemma in student's Record and evaluate.Finally,organize rural education resources and provide a platform for evaluation.
