With the continuous advancement of higher education teaching reform,the reform and innovation of teaching methods is an important way to improve the teaching quality of physical education college courses.The dynamic layered teaching method has been implemented in many courses and achieved some teaching results,but there is less research on the teaching of track and field special courses.This study analyzes the feasibility of the implementation of dynamic layered teaching method in track and field special courses in physical education colleges,combines with the teaching characteristics of track and field special courses,the value of introducing this teaching method to track and field special courses is discussed,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the application and promotion of the dynamic layered teaching method in the teaching of track and field special courses.This study takes the basic situation of the implementation of dynamic layered teaching in track and field special courses of seven physical education colleges as research objects,and uses research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method,etc.By studying the feasibility of implementing the dynamic layered teaching method for track and field courses in physical education colleges,and the following conclusions are reached:1.It is feasible to implement the dynamic stratification teaching method in the teaching of track and field special courses in sports colleges.Track and field teachers have a high degree of recognition for dynamic layered teaching methods.2.The teaching environment and teachers' conditions of physical education colleges can basically meet the needs of the dynamic layered teaching method for the implementation of track and field special courses.3.The dynamic layered teaching method has a role in promoting teachers' teaching,motivating teachers to prepare lessons seriously,encouraging teachers' creative thinking,timely feedback on teaching work,and treating students' learning objectively.Track and field teachers still need to continuously reform their teaching concepts in the teaching process.4.Track and field teachers believe that it is the most reasonable to divide students into three levels during the implementation of the dynamic layered teaching method,and that students perform layered evaluations every half year.A scientific layered evaluation system is an effective implementation of the dynamic layered teaching method important conditions.Based on the above conclusions,this article proposes the following: 1.Sports academies should continue to strengthen research on the theory and practice of dynamic layered teaching methods.2.Physical education colleges should continuously strengthen the training of track and field teachers.3.Track and field teachers should use modern teaching methods reasonably in the teaching process to create “Internet + track and field courses”.4.Physical education institutes should further improve the construction of students' hierarchical assessment system.
