Differences between people and people are inherent.For teachers,to recognize that every student has the diverse difference at the aspect of living environment,knowledge reserve,learning ability to accept hobbies,etc.In a classroom,if the teacher continue to take the traditional teaching pattern of big pot stewed to every student in the same teaching method.Obviously it can not meet the needs of different students in learning.Furthermore,it cannot achieve in the ordinary high school language curriculum standard regulations for students to take different teaching requirements in the teaching practice.The classical Chinese language teaching in high school is the most important and also difficult part of Chinese language teaching,the selected classical Chinese articles in Chinese textbooks from high school are all scriptures after hundreds and thousands years of histories' panning,and were summarized and handed down by thousands of educators from many dynasties every article contains profound ideology and connotations of ancient China,it has a rich philosophical thoughts.teachers must pay attention to each student and make different demands to them according to theirdifferent learning ability,knowledge background,and so on.So that every student can develop good study habits in the classroom get satisfaction in the learning process of classical Chinese language,and experience the profound of excellent traditional in Chinese culture.This thesis consists four parts:Part one,in connection with the problems of classical Chinese teaching in high school,the writer has looked at a lot of literature,and made a comprehensive understanding about the study of stratified teaching development from domestic and foreign literature,high school Chinese and classical Chinese.Part two,the investigation about current situation of classical Chinese teaching in high school The literature study method and questionnaire research method are the main methods by this thesis,the classical Chinese teaching situation was investigated,it has found out the current teaching and studying situations of teachers and students.Part three:according to the survey researching,the writer got conclusions,he teaching concept of teachers is fell behind,the stratified awareness is not strong and the teaching model is dull and old.The students are lack of interests and missing of learning methods to classical Chinese,the traditional teaching method is difficult to suit nowadays' students.Part four:according to appeared problems from the teaching investigation and combined own teaching practice,the writer made specific teaching strategies,which are:the stratification of students must be reflected with objectivity and dynamic;the determine of teaching objectives must be tailor-made for students;to protect students' learning initiatives;it must be stratified to teaching inclass;to satisfy with demands from different students,to use stratified task system,to effectively steady the knowledge they already have,to take stratified examination and evaluation,and motivate students to improve step by step.
