Recently, Children's Choir is getting increased attention and regard by schools and parents, as there are many well-known domestic and foreign Children's Choirs that has a significant history, thus became a symbol for a region and even country. Not only does Children's Choir brings better singing, but also brings opportunities to improve their communication, sharing and collaboration. This exercises the children's ability to work within the team and practice teamwork. Children's Choir just one of the ways to educate the child at an elementary level, which can greatly promote their interest and engagement in musical education.As an elementary music educator in a century-old school. We came across students with a variety of personal limits, such as age and lack of understanding about music. However, I still try the best of my abilities to develop a Children's Choir that can sing in excellence. The voice of Children's Choir is utmost important, but how to organize a choir to collaborate and work in team is worthy of research and discussion, because this affects the student's teamwork and personalities.This thesis is based on real exercises to research the issue of training and leading a highly teamwork moraled choir. Through action research, literature, experience, case study methods, etc to further this research. Based on experience, the speed and accuracy of training highly depends on targeted training. Different songs, styles, voices needs targeted training. The highlight of this thesis is, based on real situations, author's training experience, and the selection of standing, sitting postures. Raising examples of choir's teamwork and required disciplinary training. The referenced literature, Shi Mu Ji, in this thesis was awarded the first prize in National Art Festival, and have been performed by the author.
