The Research On The Development Strategy Of Technology Transfer Organization In Chinese University

By combining the internal various laboratories in colleges and universities, laboratories, as well as the entrepreneurship center, campus incubator with series of university technology transfer mechanism effectively, bring more and more real power to the formation of new science and technology innovation entrepreneurship. However the difficulty is turning technology into productivity value, meanwhile the technology transfer organizations of the universities play a very important role for this. The management system is a very import part of it,and put forward to realize diversified sources of funding, meet the reasonable income distribution, to create high-quality institutions, teams and constructing the strategy and suggestions of commercial development.
