With the continuous development of the reform of basic education, the use of modern information technology to improve the teaching process and teaching model has become an inevitable trend of the current teaching reform. In this situation, the Ministry of education made it clear that it should promote the integration of information technology and subject curriculum. Information technology and curriculum integration will undoubtedly become the focus of the current reform of basic education. Therefore, it is very important to enhance the ability of information technology and curriculum integration. Because of the unbalanced development of economy, the ability of information technology and curriculum integration in different regions of China is different. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China is located in northwest economy less developed ethnic minority inhabited areas, the capital of Hohhot City Teachers in information technology and curriculum integration ability is due to the characteristics of the economic and cultural development of the region and with other regions.This research is the main research object of the primary school teachers in Hohhot city. First, the integration of information technology and curriculum theory careful analysis, to explore teachers in information technology and curriculum integration ability structure; secondly, develop research plan, of Hohhot City, primary school teachers in information technology and curriculum integration ability of investigation and research, analyzes and summarizes the new town primary school teachers in information technology and curriculum integration ability present situation and the cause of formation. Finally, how to improve the ability of information technology and curriculum integration for teachers put forward training countermeasures.This paper mainly consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the research background, research status, research objectives, research significance, research contents and research methods. The second part is the related concept definition, expounds the concept of teachers in information technology and curriculum integration ability, points out that the teachers in information technology and curriculum integration ability mainly includes the information technology, information instructional design, teaching monitoring, implementation of teaching evaluation and teaching integration, integration of teaching and research, including six aspects of ability. The third part is the investigation and analysis of the status of information technology and curriculum integration ability of primary school teachers in Hohhot city. Mainly through the design, the issuance of questionnaires, the recovery of the questionnaire data statistics, analysis of the area of primary school teachers'information technology and curriculum integration capabilities of the status quo, and summarizes the influence factors of the development of teachers'integration ability. The fourth part is the training strategy. Mainly from the renewal education idea, strengthen management behavior, strengthen teacher training, pay attention to school-based training and the establishment of training countermeasure training system in five aspects. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.The level of primary school teachers' ability of integration has a great impact on the development of basic education. For the northwest ethnic minority areas in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the primary school teachers'information technology and curriculum integration ability should be paid more attention to. This research of basic education development of the minority regions of northwest have great help and contribute to the healthy development of the national minority area elementary education curriculum and teaching reform, contribute to the popularization of information technology education in minority nationality regions and improve, make its can be in line with the domestic developed area education standards as soon as possible. Moreover, the research in this area is of great significance to promote the balanced development of basic education in our country and the realization of educational equity. This article is only a preliminary exploratory study, I hope to have a further study in this area, as well as the relevant research to help.
