Research On Child Care Workers Team Building For Public Kindergartens In Hohhot

As a part of the kindergarten teachers, child care workers growing more and more important for children's good habits fostering and body healthy. However, the management and training of the team have not been paid enough attention to for a long time. Therefore, it's becoming increasingly urgent to improve the team building situation of child care workers.In order to do this, we need a detailed survey of the status quo. So in this thesis, we investigate 135 child care workers who belong eight public kindergartens in Hohhot. The survey included four dimensions, which can be recapitulated as team structure, team stability, the quality of the team, the team professional growth situation. Several methods such as questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature research have been used for the investigation.We find that there are four serious questions in team building for public kindergartens in Hohhot. First of all, child care workers'rights and interests are not well protected. They work hard, but gain little. Secondly, the turnover rate is a little too high which may affect the quality of nursing work. Thirdly, the situation of lacking child care knowledge is also more prominent. Lastly, we also find that there is little training opportunities, which cannot meet the growing requirements of nursing person. And then, we give some explanations for the questions, which are related to public policy, the social attitudes for child care worker and the Kindergarten management system. At last, several advice has been given for improving the situation of child care workers team building.
