The 2011 edition of compulsory education art curriculum standard, puts forward clearly that art classes should be combined with other subjects, but also should show the humanity courses, in which education back ground,today elementary school arts education need to innovate and change. But because of the lack of enough attention for the art curriculum in school,and art teachers are so weak that they have no methods to create good atmosphere for students.Consequently,the effect of some art classroom teaching is not ideal,which does to improve practically students' art quality..The study is based on constructionist psychology, interdisciplinary teaching, and multiple intelligence theory. In this study, the writer adopts literature method, action research method, observation method and interview method to explore this teaching model, which tries to infiltrate Chinese poetry into Art teaching. And thus, it can arouse students' interest, cultivate students' innovation ability, promote sound growth of students both physically and mentally and shape their value and minds. The model is divided into five steps: introduction, analysis, production, evaluation and consolidation.The thesis consists of five parts. The first part introduces the background, research purpose and significance, concept definition, home and foreign research, research content, research methods. The second part describes elements of this model. And the third emphasizes the necessity of the model. The fourth explains action research in detailed plan and implementation. The last part puts forward several suggestions.The study shows that this teaching type can arouse students' interest toward Art, develop students' innovation ability and improve quality of teaching. This model can flexibly combine Chinese poetry with Art in order to improve teachers' humanistic quality, promote students' all-round development.
