The Allocation Of Resources And Output Performance Research In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,our country's higher vocational education is developing very rapidly and has become a very important part of higher education system.Higher vocational education to the national economic and social development plays a very important role,is shouldering the train production line for the state and society applied and skilled talents needed for the task.With the growing shortage of skilled talents,the government's emphasis on higher vocational college degree increase.The attention of the society and policy support to improve the conditions of higher vocational colleges and the school level,but some problems still exist,prominent is the performance problems in higher vocational colleges.Low utilization rate of resources,unreasonable resource allocation,teaching efficiency is not high and the talent cultivation of social and economic adaptability is not strong wait for a phenomenon seriously affected the image and reputation of higher vocational schools,has seriously affected the further development of higher vocational colleges.So how to improve the school-running level of higher vocational colleges,enhance their ability to service the local economy is an important issue at present.This article 55 in higher vocational colleges in Hubei province as the research object,according to the function of higher vocational education characteristics and product property,set up suitable performance evaluation system,scientific evaluation methods and models,fair and rational evaluation of the educational goal and the structure of higher vocational colleges fit,talents training and social needs,etc.,the reasonable planning of education resources,improve the economic benefits of higher vocational education in Hubei province has great theoretical and practical significance.This article is divided into five parts,the first part analyzes the research background,research purpose and the train of thought,through the analysis of the literature to find out the breakthrough point of the problem;Relevant concept definition and theoretical basis part analyses the important concepts of research,set up the theoretical basis for research;Third part for the construction of evaluation system and research methods,mainly introduced the choice of indicators and evaluation system of building,points out the main methods of data analysis,principal component analysis(PCA);The fourth part is the empirical research part,analysis the 55 colleges and universities of higher vocational education in Hubei province allocation of resources and output performance;The fifth part is the conclusion part and thinking,and puts forward some thinking to improve the performance of higher vocational colleges.
