At present, the enrollment of migrant laborers'children was solved with the help of government, and most of migrant laborers'children could be enrolled in the public school.Most of these researchers have turned to pay more attentions to whether the migrant laborers'children can be got the good education or not. Learn adaptability is one of the key factors that affect the quality of education when the migrant laborers'children enroll in the public school.It plays an important role in the increase of study and the achievement of knowledge.Accordingly to the research results, it indicated that some researchers focused on the enrollment of migrant laborers'children, the fair chance of education, the macro education policy and so on. However, A micro-level study on learn adaptation of migrant laborers'children in urban school is still not widely carried out; furthermore, qualitative researches on this are less compared with quantitative ones.In order to reflect learn adaptation of migrant laborers'children truly and comprehensively in urban school, the author chooses three different types of migrant laborers'students as the object of study by using a case study approach. And the three students have different learning experience before they enroll in the Z-middle school. The paper carries on the thick description of the three students'learn experience after they lived in shanghai.It is helpful for us to show the dynamic learn adaptation process of migrant laborers'children in the urban school truly. Based on the in-depth analysis of concrete facts, some conclusions can be achieved and the main factors that affect learn adaptation of migrant laborers'children are as follows, the students' personality traits and learning qualities,the continuous teaching and learning process in school, the harmonious relationship between companion classes, the teachers' educational concepts and teaching methods, the school administrators'attentions to the migrant laborers',children family environment and parental education. To help migrant laborers' children to adapt the learning process in urban school, some recommendations are proposed that constructing the humanistic campus culture in urban school, changing the traditional education conception of teachers, caring about the original learning basis and carrying out compensatory education, paying attention to the psychological change and improving self-learning ability, creating the school-based curriculum that reflects the different culture and promoting mutual understanding between the students.
