Study On The Promotion Of Practical Talents Training Via School-enterprise Cooperation In Changsha Zhihe Technical School

With the development of economic times,information transparency,resource sharing,competition between enterprises has become the competition of talent.At present,the state vigorously responds to the "craftsman spirit" and encourages enterprises and schools to jointly train talents.As a private technical school,with the nature of the enterprise and other enterprises to carry out cooperation between the school and enterprises,in the area of talent training,more flexible.Because of the nature of the reasons,its business model is the same as other enterprises,so as to adapt to the pace of cooperation between schools and enterprises more quickly.The demand of enterprises for applied talents promotes the rapid development of cooperation between private technical schools and enterprises,and trains a large number of middle and advanced applied talents to enterprises.At present,the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises has become the development trend of cooperation and innovation between enterprises and private technical schools.The mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises not only solves the difficulty of finding jobs for job seekers,but also solves the problem of difficult employment of enterprises.It has made an important contribution to the promotion of socio-economic development and the promotion of employment.On the one hand,it is beneficial to the private technical school's own profit,on the other hand,it also promotes the economic development of the enterprise.Changsha Zhihe Technical School was founded in 2001.It was established by the Hunan Provincial Planning Commission and the Hunan Provincial Labor Department.It is a full-time private secondary vocational school for recruiting students all over the country.At the same time,it is also one of the first national vocational skills appraisal institutes in Hunan Province.In 2013,the school-enterprise cooperation mode was implemented.It has cooperated with Hunan Unicom,Hunan new intelligence,Zhongtai automobile,china railway rich red and so on.Through the cooperation of school and enterprise,nearly 3,000 students have been transferred to each enterprise.This paper takes the school of intelligence and technology as the research object,analyzes the problems and causes of the cultivation of applied talents in the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures.This paper is divided into seven chapters to complete,the first chapter is an introduction,introducing the research background,objectives,contents and ideas of this paper;The third chapter summarizes the successful experience of domestic and foreign schools and enterprises by analyzing the cooperation between schools and enterprises at home and abroad.Chapter 4th and chapter five mainly introduce the current situation,problems and reasons of the cooperation between schools and enterprises of intellectual and technical schools;chapter 6th,According to the current situation of cooperation between schools and technical schools and put forward effective strategies for the better development of cooperation between schools and enterprises.Chapter 7th summarizes the thesis.Through the above chapters,mainly analyzes the specific problems in the process of cooperation between schools and technical schools and find out the causes of the problems,and finally put forward targeted improvement strategies,so as to better promote the future development of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
