Lead and serve the basic education is the social responsibility of normal university. The normal university should consciously put into the basic education curriculum reform, the grass-roots level, into the primary school curriculum, study on curriculum, study on the classroom, dissemination of new educational concept, promoting new ways of teaching, to make a positive contribution for the curriculum reform of basic education. A region and a school want to achieve the realization of the new curriculum ideas and implement basic education curriculum reform goals, ultimately depends on whether it can have continuous learning and self-development of teachers. Therefore, culture teaching design ability of normal students, and effectively improve the quality of teacher education is essential. The subject with both theoretical and proven ways to research and exploration the cultivation of the ability of teaching design of computer students. Integrate SPOC and Miniquest teaching mode, closely combined with the innovation of teacher education and basic education curriculum reform, closely combined with modern education theory and education practice. Put forward a new teaching mode to improve the ability of teaching design of computer students under the network environment.In this study, we based on the courses "Middle School Information Technology Teaching Design" which opened in Inner Mongolia Normal University. The research subjects are 2012 grade and 2013 grade students at the computer class, using literature research method, interview method, observation method, action research method and questionnaire survey to research, construction of the teaching mode Miniquest based SOPC platform and to carry out this practical research in the" IT Teaching Design". The author explains the contents of seven chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces research background, research status and the purpose and significance and summaries research status at home and abroad about the Miniquest and SOPC; The second chapter provides an overview for Miniquest, including Miniquest connotation, composition and type; The third chapter describes the implementation of Miniquest teaching model based SPOC, including SPOC Profile of Inner Mongolia Normal University and feasibility analysis of implementing new teaching mode; The fourth chapter introduces design process of research programs, including the introduction of research content, research conditions, research object experimental assumptions,research methods and setting the research topics. The fifth chapter introduces the design and practice process about typical teaching subject "Secondary IT Teaching Content Analysis". The sixth chapter analyzes and summaries teaching effectiveness of the implementation of new teaching model. The seventh chapter put forwards the innovation of this research, analyzes the shortcomings existed in the research and points out the direction for future research based on summing up the conclusions of the research about the subject.Through the study we concluded that, to use the Miniquest model based on SPOC for teaching in "Middle School Information Technology Teaching Design", fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students'to learn this course, stimulate students' interests in this course. So that students are not feel that study is a boring thing. This new teaching model provides students with a liberal learning environment, so that they can fully exert their creativity in the teaching environment, cultivating students' creative ability and ability of independent inquiry, and promote the comprehensive development of students. This new teaching mode provides a reference for the teaching reform of other courses.
