In primary school, the conflicts between students is inevitable. For the development of primary school students, the conflicts between students will lead to the generation of students' bad mood, and even may cause physical harm to students, which is not conducive to the physical and mental development of the students. However, if we can take the conflict between students as an educational opportunity and respond the conflict properly, students may acquire interpersonal skills and the conflict will play a positive role. Whether the positive effects of the conflicts between students can be played to a great extent depends on whether the teachers' corresponding coping is appropriate or not. Therefore, this study through the analysis of the primary school teachers' in response to the conflicts between students in order to improve the primary school teachers' corresponding coping. In this study, I collected data through the methods of observation and interview methods. Three classes of low, middle and high grade of A primary school in Hohhot were selected, all the teachers of these classes were investigated for six weeks. The results of this study are expounded from six aspects: the survey result of primary school teachers' coping with the conflicts between students' situation, the survey result of primary school teachers' initiative to deal with the conflicts between students, the survey result of primary school teachers' attitude towards the conflicts between students, the survey result of the coping style of primary school teachers on the conflicts between students, the survey result on the effect of primary school teachers on the conflicts between students, the relationship between the effect of primary school teachers on the conflicts betweenstudents and the coping style of primary school teachers on the conflicts between students and so on. Based on these results, the author analyzes the problems of the primary school teachers' coping in the conflicts between students. The problems including the lowest grade teachers take the passive coping more than the active coping, the highest grade teachers take the active coping more than passive coping; teachers' coping attitude is mainly in negative and middle; teachers' coping style is mainly in authoritative arbitration and simple stop; teachers' coping effect tends to be neutral and negative. After that, the author analyzes the causes of the above problems from teachers(teachers' educational concept, teachers' emotional state), students(students' characteristics, the number of students, the attitude of students' parents') and schools(the impact of the situation of the activities, the teacher management system) aspects. In the end, the study proposed some suggestions to improve the effect of primary school teachers' coping on the conflicts between students'.Including teachers should establish a correct view of conflict; as the age of the students increases, teachers should gradually reduce the active coping; teachers should adopt positive coping attitude; teachers coping style should be actively guided; adjust the proportion of teachers and students; strengthen the communication between teachers and parents.
