Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Conflicts Between The Primary School Teachers And Pupils

The ancients said: if you trust your teachers, you will listen to what he says; if you trust your teachers, you will be willing to listen to what he says. Teacher-student relation has an important impact on the teaching effect. Teacher-student relation is the most important social relation in school and the carrier to carry out the teaching activities. The relationship between teachers and primary school students is an important interpersonal relationship, which influences the emotions and behaviors of the immature primary school students, so teacher-student relation have a profound influence on the primary school students.The primary stage is the good chance for the pupils to develop their mentality and psychological quality. Because of the particularity of the primary school students, the teacher should pay more attention to the inner world of the primary school students and stand on the students’ sides to ponder the problems. As the independent personality and democratic consciousness of the primary school students have enhanced, they have their own thoughts, they do not want to just obey what teachers say. But in the real teaching situation, it is hard for the teachers to understand the pupils’ thoughts and behaviors, then the conflicts will be existed. So the teacher-student relation is not harmonious as we see; they have a lot of tricky problems, which are also the root to cause the conflicts of the teachers and students. Therefore, we should find the causes of the problems; meanwhile, we must find the concrete solutions to solve the problems. So it will be beneficial to the development of the primary school students, so to the development of the primary school education career.In this paper, I use the literature study methods, interview methods, case analysis methods, and explore the causes and solutions of the conflicts between the teachers and the primary students. The first part of the essay put forward to the topic: Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Conflicts between the Primary School Teachers and Students. Expounded the origin, value and significance of the study, generalized and summarized the research of teacher-student conflicts, introduced the basic idea of the research and research methods, I really have a better understanding of the essay. The second part of the essay summarized the types of the primary teachers’ and students’ conflicts, analyzed the good and bad influence of the conflicts between the primary school teachers and students, so I can have a clear classification about my issue. The third part of the essay, I interviewed the teachers and pupils, analyzed cases, in order to find the causes of the teachers’ and students’ conflicts. The last part of the essay put forward to some solutions and suggestions to solve the concrete problems in all sides, I hope these suggestions will be helpful to solve the conflicts between the primary teachers and students.
