The Study On The Urban And Rural Integration Development Of Hohhot City

Our country is in the stage of balancing the development of urban and rural area and promoting the integration of urban and rural development. The priority of Hohhot is to narrow the gap between urban and rural area and promote coordinated development of urban and rural area At present,the unbalanced development between Hohhot's urban and rural development has become increasingly prominent, therefore, the study of urban and rural integration in Hohhot is imminent.Hohhot is taken as the research object in this paper. Firstly, we usesthe factor analysis method to measure the level of urban-rural integration of Hohhot City. Then, by comparative analysis of the integration of urban and rural comprehensive index, analysis and evaluation of the characteristics of dynamic changes. Secondly, we uses multiple regression analysis method to establish the multivariate regression model anddetermine the influence factors and driving mechanism of urban and rural integration of Hohhot City.The purpose of the study is to explore the advancing mode and implementation path of u-rban and rural integration ofHohhot. Aiming at providing references to t-he vast central and western cities those have similar economic and social development stageThe results of the study are as follows:(1)Based on urban and rural integration level score and the actual development of Hohhot City, the level of Urban-rural Integration has four stages:embryonic stage of urban and rural integration?urban and rural preliminary fusion stage?urban and rural integration rapid development stage?urban and rural height fusion stage.Analyse the corresponding urban and rural integration development stage of Hohhot City in 1992-2013: embryonic stage of urban and rural integration (before 1996), urban and rural preliminary fusion stage (1997-2005), urban and rural integration rapid development stage(since 2006).(2)The driving factors of urban and rural integration in Hohhot are as follows:ratio of per capita income of urban and rural areas, the per capita post and telecommunications business volume, urban and rural Engel coefficient ratio are the driving factor of urban and rural integration in Hohhot.(3)we can predict that in 2025, Hohhot urban and rural integration level index will reach 0.72. In 12 years, it increases of 53.2%.In 2020,the level of integration of urban and rural areas in a high degree of development,mainly realize urban and rural integration.(4)This article has comprehensive consideration of promoting population urbanization, increasing the government financial income, improving the income of the residents and speeding up the development of the Internet and logistics industry, presents the corresponding mode to promote the development of urban and rural integration, looks for the propulsion mode and the realistic path of development of urban and rural integration of Hohhot.
