Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the new national norm, old and rigid system of education policy has become increasingly unable to meet the requirements of today's society, at the national vigorously promote education reform environment, teacher specialization become more and more important.Our teacher professional development is facing a lot of challenges,including a lack of pre-service teacher colleges relevant professional education leading to teacher professional deficiencies, and because schools lack a deep understanding of education for teacher specialization after entry,leading teacher professional training can not keep up the pace of development.Meanwhile, the national education reform policies and poor implementation of major policies, teacher quality of their own needs to be improved.Professional development measures are mostly superficial, the conception is shallow, and focused on the study of head teachers teaching ability, category didn't cover in the basic aspects of their professional development, the research and practice are very messy and no institutional constraints and security, there is no independent development planning, also does not have the independent evaluation system. The problem of teacher professional development is interwoven in China and it has a long way to go.Junior high school students are in the critical period of body and mind development, is the outlook on life and values to establish, formed an important period. During this period, the students rebellious and strong sense of independence, then junior high school teacher in charge to face more, more difficult problem. Therefore, this study section of the teacher professional development is more representative.In this paper, we first introduce the junior high school teacher in charge should have the professional literacy: professional ethics, professional knowledge, professional skills, then elaborates the situation of Baotou City,Article 35 of the shift, director of professional development, teacher in bear the lack of advanced professional concept in the work of class teacher,professional knowledge and professional skills, higher authorities not the teacher who provide professional training and lack of scientific evaluation system, leading to the teacher in charge of the lack of work enthusiasm.Finally, to the junior middle school teacher professional development proposed some suggestions and measures for improvement.
