In Chinese industrialization,the number of migration family becomes larger and larger as well as that of the floating pupils. We should work together to help them to incorporate into the local towns and Chinese civilization by migration children getting necessary education. At the same time, more and more emphasis should be placed on the education of children of migrant workers,because now almost all the local schools has more resources for education for migrant workers’ children with there will be less and less local children because of the family planning policy. The children of migrant workers have different groups of experience, they will suffer more,so the more attention should be given to help them to adapt to life in the city and school. But it’s not enough to tell that their spirit is fragile. On the contrary, their positive psychological trait theory is at least average,which in the past we didn’t pay enough attention to.As we known, migrant children’s plan on future job has no significant relations to their nowadays school behaviors, but their plan on future academy can strongly predict their efforts on local schools.So I choose "academic emotions" "academic delay satisfaction" to study their relationships with "learning adaptability".At the end, I bring up some useful and practical suggestions with significance of practices and theory.By arrangement of relative literature and semi-structured interviews, I fulfill making out the "learning adaptability square of migrant children in primary school", realize bettering "academic emotions square of migrant children in primary school" and "academic delay satisfaction square of migrant children in primary school", meanwhile with Fujian Fuzhou the three primary school’s help by testing their students visa above three squares, So we can come to the flowing conclusions:First of all,four dimensions-learning habits,learning domain,and learning environment and learning strategies are made up the learning adaptability square of primary school’s migrant workers’ children;Then, the average mark of floating the shortest years (between one year and three years) is significantly lower than that of local students while the local pupils are significantly higher than the floating ones.Next, there is a significant inference between learning adaptability and pupil’s traits such as gender, grade and floating years:Girls are better than boys, while both of them the more higher grade, the less learning adaptability score.At last, "academic emotions", "academic delay satisfaction" and "learning adaptability" are significantly positively related. Academic emotion and academic delay satisfaction have a significant predictive effect on learning adaptability while academic delay satisfaction plays a more important role.
