Case Work Involved In The Study Of The Learning Adaptability Of The Children Of Migrant Workers In Cities

Learning adaptability includes learning attitude,learning technology,learning environment and physical and mental health.At present,the problem of migrant workers' children's learning adaptability has aroused wide concern in the society.This study from the perspective of social work,select Q area S primary school migrant workers' children as the research object,through questionnaire and depth interview of migrant workers' children,understand S school migrant workers' children condition of learning adaptability,objective analysis of this group of learning adaptability problem,analyze the problem causes,to explore the ways to solve the problem.Then on the basis of investigation and interview,the choice of typical director,in case of social work intervention study,to provide professional services,social work perspective and advantage to ecological system theory as the instruction,surrounding the director of learning adaptability of four dimensions: learning attitude,learning methods,learning environment,the physical and mental health aspects to intervene,stimulate the director of their own potential,to help the director to improve self ability to solve problems,improve their learning ability to adapt and promote the healthy growth.Two conclusions are drawn: first,the symptoms of learning maladjustment of the children' is relatively prominent;second,social work is effective in solving the problem.In this study,the author use the professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills,social work intervention in social work case work way migrant workers' children learning to adapt to the study,the perspective and advantage to ecological system theory as the instruction,adopts the model of task center made by means of intervention director trailing children learning ability to adapt effectively improve,with a certain reference value in practice.
