A Study On Teachers’ Implementation Under The Reformation Of Politics Curriculum

The reform of the curriculum puts forward a big challenge to the implementation of the politics course. However,teachers are the mainly power and the executor in the implementation, and the execution ability of teachers has an important effect on the goal of course reform.On the basis of the related studies in and abroad,the author tries to analyze the connotation of execution ability,and tries to understand the requirements through teaching practice. Then construct the content their combined with new curriculum standard according to course division levels of professor Good lad. The teachers’ implementation concludes: understanding of the curriculum, the ability of curriculum development,the curriculum design,curriculum implementation and evaluation, and interpretation of various abilities. At the same time, the author integrates teaching practice with questionnaire of students. which found the noticeable problems though there are many achievements in the process of the curriculum reform,The author thinks that there are still many problems of teaching idea,teaching goal,teaching mode,development of curriculum content and teaching evaluation. In this study, the author believes that the reasons are teachers’ fixed mode,lack of awareness of curriculum reform and educational idea,unscientific teaching goal,lack of consciousness of curriculum development,traditional teaching mode,adaptability of teaching implementation,lack of reflection and study after class. Therefore, to teachers, they need to realize the impact of these factors mentioned of they tend to improve teaching implementation. And they need to make efforts in the practice of teaching. To this,the author attempts to put forward the basic strategies of improving teaching implementation in teaching practice. It aims to narrow the gap between the idea and practice,provide suggestions on teaching,and promote the curriculum reform targets effectively.
