Under the background of information globalization,as the main terrace of learning community of teachers,the national training plan workshop play a important role in educational reform.In this paper,it summarized domestic and foreign about the network training and teacher training,the analysis network research mixed with the teachers’ practice of combining the training mode to adapt to the present curriculum reform under the background of teacher professional development needs.During the period of two years management with national training plan of junior school biology workshop,the author analyzes the situation of national training plan students’ the online times,joining activities,uploading data,putting forward topics and so on.There are still many problems in practical application of the workshop.At this time,the author taken a questionnaire of the students of national training plan of junior school biology workshop in Henan province country,and research results show that five problems is being in practical application of the workshop :First,77.27% students would meet with difficulties in practical application,it is indicate that student’s information technology ability needs to improve;Second,the survey of the network training effect show that students put forward,analysis and problem solving ability is generally low,only 30.00% students can up to the ability to mark,shows that students are put forward the ability to solve the problem remains to be strengthen;third,55.81% students think that the study content of workshop isn’t close ties with work actual connection,it is suggest that relate academic content with practice of network connection remains to be strengthen;Fourth,80.50% students hardly participate in activities such as organizing activities、putting forward topics、uploading data,indicate that the network interactive remains to be strengthen in the process of training;Fifth,nine tenths students are not participating in activities any more as well as fulfil the tasks.As a result,online learning workshop’s using time is too short to cause the waste of resources.those questions is not only greatly effecting the goal of teacher professional development come true,but not conducive to national network training plan’s obtain sustainable development.The reasons mainly focus on the following two aspects: On the one hand,the students themselves can’t know well the idea of network training based on the development of the people,so that they generally view it as a task rather than the development of themselves;On the other hand,complex structure settings and less systematic training contents of the workshop network platform make the network training harder practically.On the base of theories of Constructivism,teacher professional development,learning community and U-learning primary,some purposeful suggestions have been put forward in three terms :First,strengthen publicity of the training of junior high school biology workshop.Through the propaganda,the students’ learning concept can be converted,their information technology level can be improved and they can also actively participate in network research on the basis of their further insight to the workshop’s target,concepts,operating model and basic setting.Second,standardize the workshop training contents.Make sure the training content benefiting the development of students with the combination of professional and imagination,the combination of theory and practice,and the combination of adaptability and leading.Finally,reform the workshop setup,including the simplification of basic block setup and the establishment of a permanent account,which will help the students to participate in the network research,conveniently and permanently,making network study as their habits.
