| Since the beginning of twentieth Century, with the development of information technology in education and the widespread application, people’s understanding of the importance of technology are gradually deepening. Teachers’ constantly improve the application ability of information technology is the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of education information. The quality of teachers has become the key in the education reform. To enhance teachers especially the primary and middle school teachers’ information technology ability is imminent. Teachers’ training have become an important research topic of the education reform in china. The training organization like a raging fire, at the same time the effect is not obvious. I believes that the modern distance training for teachers, institutions should focus on the training curriculum design at the beginning before the training. The theory of experiential learning focus on their experience and share with each other, all learning is done between students’ "experience- sharing- thinking". Therefore, I produced this thoughts that use the theory of experiential learning to design and application of network course. It makes the teachers in the whole process of training, can complete the task is easy and efficient.Based on the research of the domestic and foreign literature, understand the current situation of teachers distance training network course design and the status of experience learning theory’s development. Combining with the experience of participation in “2014 Gansu Province primary and secondary school teachers ability of applying information technology project”, based on the work experience what I designed the course menu, writing the evaluation report, design method, making evaluation rubric, learning situation statistics, reports making, I completion this thesis.This paper selects the "Google earth" curriculum as model to research, the main reason is that it can be applied in the actual training of teachers. Through the analysis on the effect of training, inspection the research value.Studies have shown that based on the experiential learning theory to guide the design of "Google Earth" network curriculum. It effectively improved the teachers’ ability in using information technology. Through the school-based research enhanced the interaction between the primary and secondary school teachers’ communication.This paper covers five parts.(1) IntroductionThis part mainly elaborated this research’s background and contents and methods,discussed the purpose and significance of the study.(2) Experiential learning theory’s effectiveness for teachers distance learningFirstly, this chapter contains experiential learning theory’s development,characteristics and the effectiveness to teachers distance learning. Secondly, analyzed the conjunction with the adult learning characteristics and the demand of teachers who lives in the west of China.(3) To explore the design of network course form experience oriented learning theory.This chapter is mainly build the network curriculum model, and makes a concrete analysis.(4) The theory of experiential learning under the guidance of "Google earth" network curriculum designThe fourth chapter is the focus of this study. In this chapter, first of all, I made a simple introduction of the “Google Earth” software. Then I studied how to applied the experiential learning theory to network curriculum’s goal, content, activities and evaluation. The last, I used "Google earth" network curriculum as the carrier, make a concrete analysis.(5) The experience using of "Google earth" network courseWhen the curriculum design is completed, I applied it to teachers distance training’s process of to make the actual verification results. The results showed that it helps to promote the application of information technology capabilities.(6) Summary and outlookThis part mainly lists the main research results, summarizes the research conclusion, analysis the research innovations and imperfections. |
