Study On Influenced Factors Of Enhancing The Attractiveness Of Vocational Education And Training In Switzerland

Vocational education and training in China has rapid development and achieves remarkable success in recent years,still it lack of attractiveness.To enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and training is an important issue in the field of education even to the public in China.By comparison,vocational education and training as a catalyst in growing the economymorerapidly and keep increasing the world competitiveness in Switzerland brought high statusin society andpromotedthe attractiveness of vocational education and training to be stronger.Therefore,to probe into the influenced factors of enhancing the attractiveness in Switzerland's vocational education and training and to learn from the successful experience of it have a significant meaning for the development of vocational education and training in our country.This study,based on a large number of literature investigation and analysis on vocational education and training in Switzerland,the author selected 17 representative documents and applied the technology of content analysis.Through a series of procedures of conception extraction,classification category and the establishment of three level coding,four influenced factors including the quality of vocational education and training,the characteristic of vocational education system in Switzerland,the sense of value and the participation of stakeholders are examined to the attractiveness of vocational education and training in Switzerland.The main findings of this thesis are the quality and development of vocational education and training in Switzerland is higher,the characteristics of vocational education system are integrity and flexibility,the sense of value and identity of stakeholders including individual,family and company is strong and the participation of stakeholders including individual level and institutional level is better.This paper includes a total of six chapters,of which the first Chapter is research description,Chapter II is the introduction of the relatedtheoriesinthisstudy,Chapter III is the introduction of design proposal and implementation plan,Chapter IV is analysis of the influenced factors of attractiveness of vocational education and training inSwitzerland from four aspects,Chapter V is the recommendations on enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education and training in China based on summarizing the experience of Switzerland,the last Chapter is the conclusion of this study.
