Comparison Research On The Operation Of Organizations Of Social Work In Nanchang And Shenzhen

The development of industrialization and urbanization is critical task of the development phase in China,in which more and more problems unveiled,which has aggravated the pressure of management and service in the government.Therefore,a rapid development of private social work organization is needed as well as the innovation of social management and mode of public service,be which we could perfect the system of public service and social management,thereby,social conflicts could be alleviated.However,there are many problems in the social work organization in China,such as incompletion of institution system,growing slowly,unqualified quality of social service provided.All of theses problems are impeding a benign development of social work.This article records the interview of the person in chage of social work organization in Nanchang and Shenzhen,including the background of its foundation,size of organization,organization structure,management mode,situation of financial resource,services and mens of publicity,etc.During the 2 months internship in S social work organization,the author had understood its operating situation in detail.By comparison and analysis of these 2 organizations,a series of problem in the organization in Nanchang had been discovered,such as lack of government support,incapacity of operating itself,some employees have 2 jobs,wastage of human resource,funds shortage,inadequate expanding and marketing,etc.While the operation of the organization in Shenzhen is more perfect,by analyzing the advantage,the article put forward feasible ways for the organization in Nanchang to get out of trouble by reference experience provide.A joint effort of government and social work organization is needed for is sound development.The government shall guarantee the input of social service as well as optimizing the system,such as optimizing the system of project budge and final account,formulating positive project cycle,encouraging application when problems are emerging.Secondly,the government needs to reduce the remitting taxes in related,as well as enhancing assessment and supervision of the organizations.The organization itself should expand financial resources,and complete the mechanism of the structure and management,meanwhile,to strengthen talent construction and propaganda.
