| In 2007,the state ministry of civil affairs launched a construction pilot of social work.In the first batch of pilot units,the Wanzai County and Qingyunpu area of Jiangxi province were included.After seven years,without relevant experience for reference,Jiangxi province relied on its power and continuous efforts to develop the social work.Social work institutions had a greater development and a great effect in urban and rural communities.Job satisfaction is the results that a person based on the payment and feelings,which has a feature of the subjective and influenced by the environment.The paper's main purpose is to know what the factors that affected job satisfaction,to discuss the strategy to improve.After considering the theory of literature and related research,the paper designed the questionnaire.Using the SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software to analysis the dates and combining the relevant interview,the paper found that 127 social workers' job satisfaction is too low,men had a much lower level of job satisfaction than that of women,and the average of job satisfaction of the married is lower than that of unmarried.What's more,the satisfaction level likes a peak.Because of the low wages,the poor social recognition and Lacking of project and the incentive mechanism,the social worker have to design.The majority of people have a neutral attitude in their career development.Educational level and work experience have a negative correlation with job satisfaction.Position,Responsibility,Expertise,Physical and Psychological pressure,Salary,Social recognition and The friend's support have a positive correlation with job satisfaction.Considering the main factors,in order to improve the job satisfaction,the paper advised that the government should strengthen the policy and project support,the institutions should provide the professional development and support,the social worker should improve the psychological quality and ability of professional service to meet the need of work. |
