The research of TAIJIQUAN's internationalization development has realistic and far-reaching significance. The relations between China and ASEAN countries are close, but there are little TAIJIQUAN studies in ASEAN countries, and specific to a particular country are much rarer. The on-the-spot investigation about the present situation of the development of TAIJIQUAN in Laos has been carried on in this article with literature material method, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics. The investigation result is that the main instructors and organizers of TAIJIQUAN in Laos are volunteer teachers at the Confucius institute and coaches in Laos National WUSHU Team, but the coaches are insufficient and lack of professional level; the teaching content of TAIJIQUAN are mainly two aspects: technology and culture, and the technology is based on basic training, ZHUANGGONG, BASHI TAIJIQUAN, and twenty-four simplified TAIJIQUAN, while culture is given priority to with self-statements etiquette culture, but the teaching content is single and cultural content is not much; the publicity channels of TAIJIQUAN teaching are mainly in educational and drilling way, and the publicity ways are GONGFU movie at the Confucius institute, interest classes at the Confucius institute, performances, and TAIJIQUAN books; there are problems that the the teaching methods are too simple and imperfection, while the propaganda ways are too traditional; the teaching objects of TAIJIQUAN are teachers and students at Confucius institute, so the main problem is not wide enough teaching range. The effect of TAIJIQUAN's carrying out is very good looking from the teaching, while there appear problems that learning effect is not lasting looking from students' learning situation. The following five countermeasures are put forward: firstly, to increase the number of TAIJIQUAN teachers and pay attention to training talented TAIJIQUAN trainees, to form a professional teachers, to improve teachers' skill levels; secondly, to enrich TAIJIQUAN teaching content to invite TAIJIQUAN experts to give lectures and give courses such as TAIJIQUAN, sword, fan and reduce TAIJIQUAN' action difficulty; thirdly, to strengthen the propaganda of TAIJIQUAN and broaden the development channels of TAIJIQUAN, to improve the teaching methods and highlight teaching performance and competition; fourthly, expand the propaganda level and recruit TAIJIQUAN lovers from the society, to play TAIJIQUAN value function to meet the fitness needs of the Lao people; fifthly, to hold TAIJIQUAN performance regularly and establish Lao TAIJIQUAN association, to form the developing mode of teaching performance and broadcast and promote TAIJIQUAN culture.Analysis conclusion: the development of TAIJIQUAN in Laos is still in its infancy, did not form a steady development pattern. Only in the capital, Vientiane, TAIJIQUAN teaching and activities are conducted, and most of the teaching and activities are also limited at the Confucius institute at the national university of Laos and Lao national sports training center, while other primary and secondary schools and Chinese schools has not been due to the teachers' lack of TAIJIQUAN teaching activities. Through three years of volunteer teaching practice, it is concluded that "teaching performance" is helpful to further spread and promotion of TAIJIQUAN in Laos. Suggestions on the basis of the investigation and study, through the teaching performance of TAIJIQUAN promotion mode, further tracking investigation and study, for the long-term development of TAIJIQUAN in Confucius Institute of Laos to make recommendations.
