The quality of education has been the focus of the society in nowadays, becausethe quality of education is related to the quality of personnel training, the survival of aschool and the development of a country. At present, the scale of higher education inChina is great, however, the quality of education is not satisfactory, and the quality andability of college students is being questioned. To reverse this situation, there is nodoubt that to improve the quality of education is the key, but the key of the quality ofeducation is teaching, the achievement of the quality of education dependents on theimplementation of teaching. Therefore, the quality of teaching has become the center ofwork in all colleges and universities and the key to enhance the quality of education.This paper studies the issue about the quality guarantee for the regularundergraduate teaching of the colleges and universities for nationalities. This paperuses the methods of literature analysis, comparative study and the combinationalmethods of quantitative and qualitative analysis and so on. Basis on the comprehensiveanalysis of the literature and data, in order to assurance and enhance our quality ofundergraduate teaching of colleges and universities for nationalities. Based on thecomparative analysis of the undergraduate teaching quality assurance standards ofdeveloped countries and our country, the special particularity analysis of colleges anduniversities for nationalities and the correlation analysis between particularity ofcolleges and universities for nationalities and the quality of undergraduate teaching, putforward the key indicators of the quality standards of undergraduate teaching ofcolleges and universities for nationalities, the scientific and reasonable qualityevaluation criteria is the benchmark of colleges and universities for nationalities toimprove and enhance the quality of teaching. Then, to introduce the general situationof the undergraduate teaching quality of colleges and universities for nationalities fromthe aspect of the quantity and quality of minority students, with the case ofSouth-Central University for Nationalities, to research the undergraduate teachingquality assurance of colleges and universities for nationalities. The analysis revealedthat the undergraduate teaching quality assurance of South-Central University forNationalities is mandated by the school’s mission, affected by the particularity ofstudents, constrained by teaching conditions. Based on the theoretical and practical analysis, followed the requirements of key indicators of undergraduate teaching qualityguarantee security standards of colleges and universities for nationalities, combinedwith the mission、students and teaching particularity,has proposed that the work ofprotecting undergraduate teaching quality of colleges and universities for nationalitiesshould carry out from three dimensions which are teaching philosophy, teachingobjects and school conditions.Based on the study of the issue of the quality guarantee for the regularundergraduate teaching of the colleges and universities for nationalities, in order toseek the correspondence, coordination and harmonization between the particularity andthe assurance of undergraduate teaching quality of colleges and universities fornationalities, to provide a useful reference for the implementation of effective strategyfor Undergraduate Teaching Quality Assurance, for the continuous improvement of thequality of undergraduate teaching, for the healthy development and for thedevelopment of national education of colleges and universities for nationalities.
