A Study On The Implications Of German Universities Of Applied Sciences Talents Training To The Transformation Of Newly-built Undergraduate Universities Of Our Country

At present,our country is in the critical stage of upgrading to high-end industry,and needs millions and millions of "senior white-collar" and "senior blue-collar" applied talents.In 2014,the country announced the Decision on Speeding up the Development of Modern Occupational Education,which put forward the need to build a complete modern vocational education system and actively promote the construction of applied technology universities,On February 26,the Premier of the State Council,Li Keqiang,chaired the executive meeting of the State Council to study and accelerate the development of modern vocational education,and put forward a clear proposal to "guide a group of ordinary undergraduate universities to transform into applied technology universities".Under this background,the transformation and development of local undergraduate universities is imperative.In this paper,the author chooses the University of new undergraduate university as the special time point to carry on the research,tries to analyze the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of new undergraduate University,and then discusses the essence of the transformation and development of new undergraduate University,and thinks that the essence is the transformation of the talent training goal,combining the relevant research,and puts forward the content of the transformation.In view of the shortage of experience in the training of talents in our country applied technology University,we chose the German applied technology university with rich experience to carry out the research,and obtained its special features in the fields of specialization,curriculum and teaching,teaching staff and professional practice.It provides advice for the training of high quality applied talents in New undergraduate colleges in China.
