At present, collaborative development has become basis philosophy concept of sustainable development of an personal, enterprise or even one region and one country. The status of local colleges in our country universities level and its special social function determines the significance of the collaborative development to implementing its own sound and fast development; As the university academic unit of bearing main resources, discipline inevitably become an important driving force in collaborative innovation. The collaborative development of discipline construction in colleges and universities between Beijing and Henan is not only the positive desires under government's policy guidance, but also the result of the internal law of development of the discipline construction. Seizing the opportunity and achieving the breakthrough have a profound influence on the sustainable development of local colleges in Henan province.The purpose of this paper is to promote the disciplines development in Henan, which is based on the relevant policy of cooperation between Beijing and Henan governments. Considering the involves areas of cooperation in the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the advantage disciplines of local colleges and universities in Henan, and the needs of social development, this paper selects subjects, disciplines and content dimensions of collaborative development in two places, and then explores the path of collaborative development of discipline construction, which will go a long way for the discipline construction of local colleges in Beijing and Henan. With the concept of the collaborative development of discipline construction as the logical starting point, the collaborative development of discipline construction in local colleges can be divided into macro and micro aspects. Horizontally, the paper researches the subjects, disciplines and content dimensions of collaborative development. Vertically, the paper studies discipline construction in local colleges, and searches the path based on the discipline construction realities of Henan's universities and the synergy theory.The first part elaborates the selected topic background and significance, generalizes the existing research of discipline construction, the collaborative development of colleges and universities and the collaborative development of discipline construction, and introduces the research ideas and methods.The second part mainly analyzes the relevant concepts, theoretical basis and significance of the collaborative development of discipline construction. Through defining the local university, discipline construction and the collaborative development, the paper presents that the collaborative development of disciplines construction is a macro level and micro level discipline construction combined into one work. The universality of the synergy theory applies to the local university collaborative development system between Beijing and Henan, and it has the enlightenment function for the government, colleges and universities, subject construction of grass-roots organization of the collaborative development. The collaborative development of discipline construction in local colleges has a far-reaching significance in the discipline development, the improvement of discipline construction and the development of the universities and regional economic and social development.The third and the fourth part mainly analyze the discipline construction from the macro and micro level. Macro level is mainly refers to the government and universities. In the government level, based on the development in discipline construction, the paper makes a comparative analysis on the two governments discipline construction planning, implementation, management and evaluation. In the college level, according to the six social areas involved in the letter of intent for cooperation, the paper identifies nine disciplines, selects the colleges and universities which have advantages in disciplines construction from the two local colleges and universities, and makes a comparative analysis. Micro level mainly refers to the discipline construction of grass-roots organization level. This paper determines the disciplines which are advantaged and needed as the research object, selects good grass-roots organizations of discipline construction, and makes a comparative analysis. From the comparison and analysis, the paper focuses on the question of discipline construction in Henan local colleges, and discusses the path combining with the collaborative theory.The fifth part discusses the path of the collaborative development of discipline construction in local colleges, combined with the reality basis and theoretical basis from the macro and micro level. And combined with the subjects, disciplines and content dimensions of collaborative development, the local colleges organize mechanism construction and carry on activities, to realize the collaborative development of discipline construction in local colleges effectively.
