Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of College Student Association Management

College student associations are mass student association,which is based on common interests with voluntary by college students.There are significant differences except for essential features of association,such as single member role,activities of more freedom,loose in structure,education learning characteristic strong,more quantities and varieties.With the further development of college student associations,With the development of student associations,how to standardize and strengthen the management and service of college student associations and promote the healthy development of student associations,give full play to the student community in the campus culture construction and quality education functions and role has become an important and urgent Topic.Early in the year of 2016,Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,Ministry of Education “All-China Students’ Federation release the policy of《 interim measures for the administration of college student association》,which puts forward new requirements for the management of college student associations.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the existing problems and causes in the management of student associations in colleges,and to explore the establishment of regulatory and support mechanisms that meet the needs of the times and the characteristics of college students in the new period,and promote the standardized management of college students’ associations,It has a distinct sense of the times than ever.The research direction of this thesis is the problem and countermeasure of the management of college student associations.On the basis of defining several basic concepts,reviews the emergence,development and current situation of the student associations in colleges,and makes a brief description of the normative documents and management mechanism of the management of student associations in colleges,the paper introduces the relevant research situations at home and abroad also.The second chapter takes the management of students’ associations in Shenzhen University as the research object,and introduces the development course,the present situation of the development of the student associations of Shenzhen University,the management rules and regulations of the existing societies and the management of the community and the community.In the third chapter,the author puts forward the problems in the management of student associations,and analyzes the problems from three aspects: supervision,support and management system.The fourth chapter analyzes the root causes of problems exist in the three aspects of supervision,support and management system.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management of students’ associations in colleges,including the linkage mechanism of student community management,the implementation of student community classification management,the construction of student community management information platform,and the establishment of community Management supporting system and other four initiatives to promote standardized management,and promote the sustainable development of student associations.
