Rural revitalization is one of the "seven major strategies" for the future development of the party and the country,and is the core and key issue of national development.The development of rural education is related to the success or failure of rural revitalization,and teachers are the key to the development of rural education.The establishment of a stable and high-level teacher team is the hope of rural education.In recent years,the state has increased the supplement of teachers in rural areas.The scale of young teachers in rural areas has become larger and larger and has become the backbone of rural education development.However,it is also facing the loss of young teachers and affecting the rural teachers.Stability restricts the healthy and orderly development of rural education.This research is based on the importance of young rural teachers and the severe reality of the loss of young rural teachers in Shou County,Anhui Province,as well as personal experience.This study takes school A as an example to investigate the current situation of rural young teachers' loss in Shou County,Anhui Province.Based on the need-level theory,through in-depth interviews and case studies,it is found that the factors affecting rural young teachers' loss:from the perspective of urban-rural differences,resource allocation Unbalanced,differences in teacher welfare and backward infrastructure;from the perspective of social factors,young teachers are difficult to integrate into the countryside,utilitarian values,social prejudice and public opinion are not in place;from the perspective of school factors,young teachers lack guidance and management,and professional development Limited,difficult student management,and inadequate school management system;from the perspective of teachers' personal factors,teachers are difficult to find the target,less family care,interpersonal relationships are not harmonious,and professionalism is lacking.Based on the analysis of the reasons,this article first improves the attractiveness of rural teachers' careers in terms of both material improvement and spiritual establishment of honor systems;the second is mainly from the training of rural teachers and the improvement of rural teachers' entry and exit mechanisms Take measures to allow outstanding talents to teach in rural areas;three of them are school administrator cultures,and school administrators should try to meet the reasonable needs and smooth channels of young teachers,and establish effective communication mechanisms;fourth,the professionalization of teacher professional development,mainly to strengthen New teachers' career guidance,using big data,cloud management of teachers'professional training,and focus on stimulating teachers'teaching innovation in teaching;finally,teacher turnover management is institutionalized to promote the healthy and orderly development of rural young teachers.
