At the turn of the century, a new round of basic education curriculum reform to establish a set of new concept to meet the new curriculum system and practice, not only poses challenges to the current of the whole education system, also need to change the school practice in the field of all types and at all levels and the ultimate implementers and reform of new curriculum puts forward the real challenges, based on the school teaching and research as an important guarantee of new curriculum reform and support. So far, the school-based teaching research after fifteen years of theory construction and practice exploration, has made some achievements, but the teaching research become a mere formality or even the phenomenon of inefficient is invalid for researchers to be ignored and the problems to be solved. And effective school-based teaching research is the inevitable requirement of deepening the reform of basic education courses, is the rational choice to construct learning schools, is the inner demands of teachers' professional development, is the best way to optimize the classroom teaching. Therefore, this study has important theoretical significance and practical value.Few researches for the school-based teaching research validity research, some studies also only from the effectiveness of school-based teaching research activity itself to research, no real effective trace the starting point and end point of the school-based teaching research activities, and on the basis of the study its effectiveness. This paper argues that to return to the origin of the school-based teaching research, the improvement of classroom teaching, through teaching and research activity itself and effectiveness of the teaching and research activities,promote the effectiveness of classroom teaching two aspects research through indirect the effectiveness of teaching and research activity itself in teachers' transformation and to carry out the change of teaching activities in class, what are the factors affecting the teaching effectiveness research research?For research purpose, this paper through the literature review to determine the research concept, in the perspective of community of professional learning community theory and teaching theory, the selection of samples of the school's research team and individual teachers' teaching research activities as the breakthrough point, through the analysis of the questionnaire, interview method, the effective implementation of the school-based teaching research activities status and existingproblems; Through classroom observation, questionnaire method and interview method, focusing on physical and educational research group on "how to good chemistry class" subject research activities and masters studio on how teachers for "combing practice type" mathematics recitation of long track to guide the research.This study based on the quantitative and qualitative, the whole and local, long-term and short-term, from the different organization system and different level changes in the duty of the school-based teaching research activities for deep trace and explain,both research in virtually formed comparative and diversity, and to analysis based on the changes before and after the subject and object and the test validity, pulse from the activities of the factors affecting the effectiveness of the school-based teaching research.Wander through interpretation of "reality" and "ought to" explore, found that the school-based teaching research in promoting the professional development for teachers and students, the school overall development, facing the system culture construction, construction works and inner emotional force construction in such fields as its overlapping challenges with the system complexity. Therefore, this paper constructed the basic strategies of school-based teaching research validity focus on teaching research system culture protection factors; Build as the carrier of the school-based teaching research mechanism, focus on research topics, proposed at the beginning of learning content, a pretest investigation and analysis, determine the learning content, teaching design, the implementation of the case study, the back teaching, discussion and analysis results, tracking improvement efforts, again to generate a new theme of the sustainable development of the spiral mechanism;Construction in order to "professional lead- peer mutual aid- practice reflection" of the trinity of professional learning community. Among them, the system culture construction is an effective conditions of school-based teaching research, the internal operation mechanism is an effective operating procedures and methods of school-based teaching research, professional learning community is to implement school-based teaching research effective team.
