The Research On University Students' Cultivation Of Legal Conviction

University students are seen to be a good choice of successors of the socialist modernization drive.They are able to shoulder heavy responsibilities for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The legal conviction and behavior of university students has great influence on process of the rule of law of China.It affects our socialist modernization drive and the future of China.Therefore,to cultivate university students' conviction of rule of law is necessary and urgent task in the universities' ideological and political education.Students in the universities are knowledgeable people of society,and core force of the development of the society,which should play a role in the construction of the rule of law country.Only the authority of law comes from the hearts of the people and the faith of faith will realize the law societyThis article is from ideology and politics pedagogy and the angle of investigations,this article probe into the education of legal conviction.Analytic method,documentary method,survey method,are used in the process of writing this article.It also based on law,pedagogy,psychology and sociology.Through the analysis of the status with university students' legal conviction,this article summarizes the major factors behind the situation and put forward countermeasures.The article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly explains the research significance,background and the current research situation of related;presents the research method,innovation points and so on.The second chapter mainly defines basic conception the belief in the rule of law,distinguishes between rule by law and rule of law,and lays the foundation for the following discussion.The third chapter is based on a lot of surveys and data analysis of the current view of the education.This chapter discusses the status and characteristics of the rule of law belief.The fourth chapter,analysis respectively from three aspects,and find the factors which influenced in the cultivation of legal conviction.The fifth chapter proposes countermeasures to strengthen university students' legal conviction.The last chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the views of this article.
