Based on maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis, around the needs and interests in the elementary school fine arts teaching practice to explore the application. In the fine arts teaching should be to respect students' self-esteem need, love needs and self actualization needs as the principle, to explore the pupil's need for the art activities and interests. This subject in the elementary school fine arts classroom teaching practice, art needs and interests of children can promote each other and influence each other and restraining each other, and transformation, continuously until the interest in learning art can be maintained and improved. Children's needs and interests of sustainable development, and help them happily, actively and actively participate in the activities of fine arts, the freedom to express emotion, relief personality, strengthen confidence, promote healthy personality cultivation; Second, help the art standard visual along with the gender expression, namely from the vision and touch, and other sensory perception experience enriched and strengthened, also can promote the development of image thinking ability, expression and communication ability; Again is a great interest in art, can greatly promote students began to try a variety of media for art creation, so their imagination, practice skills, and creativity will promote each other; And with the growing demand for fine arts, and stimulates new interest, so demand has risen in a spiral of trend and interested in cycling, and encouraged them to focus on further side of the fine arts phenomenon, at the same time also will improve the understanding of art. In short, in this paper to investigate the relationship between the needs and interests, the purpose is to further implement the new curriculum reform to students as the main body of the spirit, but also for the sake of art teaching efficiency maximization.This thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is summary of maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, in this chapter, combing the theory of maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, and the hierarchy of needs theory was applied to the important role of art teaching practice; Second chapter clarify interest and individual interest and the related concepts of situational interest, discuss the role of interest, the relationship between interests and needs, situational interest and individual interest relationship, also discuss the interest relationship needs and the hierarchy of needs theory, finally, the hierarchy of needs theory applied in the elementary school fine arts teaching; The third chapter is the elementary school fine arts teaching strategy interest in need. First of all, the brief analysis of the present situation of art education today, and then on the investigation and analysis of primary school students the basic need and interest, then, the analysis of the results of the survey, to seek approaches to art class interests need. Furthermore is based on maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, the elementary school fine arts teaching practice, from the need of the self-esteem of students, the needs and self-actualization needs of love, have a purpose, plan to boost their in the different levels of interest in art, and make their growing interest in art. Finally, the second is to take the three of art teachers, teachers and parents together build the teaching strategies for students' all-round development of body and mind, and in view of the needs and interests under the premise of the flexible choice of fine arts teaching content strategy,3 it is to create a relaxed and friendly with people teaching environment strategy, four is give priority to in order to encourage the fine arts classroom evaluation strategy, five is learning motivation inspiring teaching strategies. From now I check the information has not been found in maslow's hierarchy of needs theory application elementary school fine arts teaching, in this thesis I will maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis, from the students basic self-esteem need, the need of love, to explore their interest in art, on the basis of seeking art, the way and method of interest; Second, clarify interest need and situation, and the correlation with individual needs, progressive relationship, the purpose is to seek in the fine arts students with respect to the low level of interest requirements to high level of interest demand cycle; Again is the concrete practice in the teaching of art in the fine arts in the development of its approach is:one is to optimize students' learning environment, 2 it is to meet the needs of the students lower, such as lack of care and self-esteem are not being met, thus eliminating students outside the classroom the negative emotions of the cognition of fine arts, make the students need more advanced interested, to lay a solid foundation for the needs of self-realization; 3 it is through the students' existing art interest need to create a new teaching atmosphere, make the individual interest of students have deeper interest in art of migration, so that students' interests from low level to high level constantly, ascension cycle, so that the students in the fine arts to maximize interests, at the same time, also promote the teaching efficiency.The innovation point of this article is the theory of maslow's hierarchy of needs theory basis for study of this topic, in the fine arts teaching should be to respect students' self-esteem need, love needs and self actualization needs as the principle, to explore the pupil's need for the art activities and interests; The second is "the pupil's need for art teaching and interest to explore" the subject, in the elementary school fine arts classroom teaching practice that the children's needs and interests of fine arts can promote each other and influence each other and restraining each other, and transformation, continuously until the interest in learning art can be maintained and improved; Three elementary lower levels of need and interest in art, will be to a higher level of interest and the demand, and cycling has risen in a spiral.In the study of the paper mainly USES the literature material law, education action research method, experimental method, investigation and analysis of research methods such as induction.
