In recent years, with the rapid development of national higher education, more and more colleges and universities and changeable needs from society for them, the diversification process of education developments of colleges and universities have been promoted and they are facing with the challenge that ‘He who does not advance loses ground'. From the situation at present, the previous evaluation pattern and way colleges and universities have not met the demands of new situation, more professional and effective evaluation pattern and way are needed to make them better.Nowadays studies mainly take the public schools on as the object of the researches, while the performance assessment of private schools are always spread,copies and not a complete system, which is jumbled and ineffective when it is carried out. The article that combines with the practice process of the colleges' teacher in person, takes the current condition of Jiangxi NG College on as the object of the research, and is based on a large amount of collection and fully reading studies on the NG College. It adopts the studying way that combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and aims at coming up with problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. There are some problems which assessment that comes from top to bottom, the single evaluation criterion and evaluating indicator that emphasizes on numbers instead of quality in the present performance assessment system of NG College through the research. Pointing at the above problems and combining with the reality of NG College, countermeasures of performance assessment system for the private high school teachers are promoted and optimized from morality, ability,diligence and performance. Scientific and reasonable performance assessment system for private high school teacher is built, and scientific, reasonable and truthful performance assessment system is designed. At the same time, the leaders of colleges should pay attention to this task firstly, establish relevant institutions, train technical professionals, set up communication mechanisms and appealing system and insist on operating on long-term performance assessment system. Only in this way, guide and competition mechanisms can be established and lever effect of performance assessment system should be played a role. Professional skills of teachers and staffshould be promoted and the leaders of colleges should improve personal development,cultivation talented person in order to promote development of whole school beneficially and rapidly.
