For colleges and universities,in the process of human resource management,performance appraisal is an important process of examining teachers' performance will be directing the activities of teachers' teaching behavior and conduct,in the competition among colleges and universities competitive advantage and competitive strength has been in the process of performance appraisal work of teachers is an important influence.Performance evaluation for teachers' personal,or to the whole colleges and universities,and even for education has an important role,for individual teacher,can to improve their own ability quality,improve the comprehensive strength,for colleges and universities is helpful for colleges and universities towards the world first-class university,for education is an important symbol of Chinese education toward internationalization.In order to ensure the implementation of the performance appraisal work,the definition of human resource management must be combined with the performance appraisal,and personal development must be combined with the development of the whole university.Therefore,the author of this paper will take this topic as the focus of research and analysis.At present,China's attention to higher education continues to increase,the investment in the field of education continues to improve,the scale of colleges and universities is increasingly expanding,and more and more colleges and universities have made great progress in the quality and level of running schools.When colleges and universities continue to expand,there are still a few colleges and universities do not pay attention to the individual teacher performance assessment work,there are various problems in the performance management process.In order to further the management of colleges and universities ability and improve management level,ensure the quality of teachers' teaching order and teaching,many colleges and universities are introducing the definition of performance management in the daily management work,but most of the current in the process of performance management in colleges and universities have deep theoretical foundation to support,many colleges and universities management personnel is not very understand the definition and concept of performance management,lack of experience in the process of practice,the vast majority of managers will enterprise management and performance management,lead to performance management is difficult to really implement,became a kind of formalism.In this paper,the author in the process of research by means of literature collection method,theoretical analysis method and interview method and so on the many kinds of methods,combined with domestic and foreign scholars in the aspect of performance management theory which is formed by the results,in changji college as object,this paper analyzes the case of the college in the process of teachers' performance appraisal by the analysis of existing problems,so as to achieve the local colleges and universities a basic understanding of performance management level of purpose.By looking for problems in the process of analysis and put forward the method to solve the problem,the research process is mainly according to the question,this line of thinking to analyze and solve problems,first of all in changji college teachers performance appraisal aspects elaborates on the basic situation,the institute of problems in the process of performance appraisal is analyzed,and the causes of the problems existing in are analyzed.At last,the author designs an improved teacher performance appraisal scheme of changji college.In this paper,the author of changji college teachers' performance evaluation of the overall work way of thinking to understand,and understand the purpose of performance evaluation system to establish the whole college and follow the rules,for further optimizes the performance appraisal system has been formed,so as to create more targeted evaluation index system,as a college of teachers' comprehensive ability and comprehensive quality inspection laid the important foundation,by determining proportion of different indicators in the evaluation system to evaluate the teachers' comprehensive strength.In this paper,the author also pointed out that changji institute in the old teacher in the process of performance appraisal management should establish the perfect training and selection mechanism,increase the performance appraisal of propaganda,to all the data are collected,will implement relevant scheme of performance appraisal,to update the result of performance appraisal,and performance appraisal and the college teachers' management together.
