The learning-weariness problem has been one of the widespread and long-term social problems,and if not solved properly,it will bring about various degrees of negative effects,especially in the primary school stage,which has a great impact on children's lifelong development.If primary school students are getting weary of learning,it will not only affect their acquisition of basic knowledge and skills,but also be bad for the cultivation of their positive emotions,attitudes and values.This paper takes learning-weariness students of H school in Shenzhen as study objects,and through interviewing,observing and investigating the students in this school,the author fins that the main problems of these learning-weariness students are as follows: cognitive negativity,low self-acceptance,not good at communication and self-expression,lack of interactive skills,a narrow range of friendship and weak communication initiative consciousness.Based on peer support theory,this paper analyzes the influence factors of these problems and uses group work method to do practical intervention.Combining practice with group activities process and evaluation results,it is found that the problems of peer relationships among these students with learning-weariness behavior improve gradually in the group process and their confidence in interpersonal communication and consciousness of active communication are enhanced.Method of mutual assistance has gotten a certain degree of recognition in the group,and with the further development of group activities,they realized the importance of harmonious peer interaction.As a result,main conclusions obtained in this study is that the intervention of group work in peer relations among learning-weariness students achieves good results and peer assistance plays a important role in the development of growth group.By using integrated and practical view,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the ways and measures of primary school students with learning-weariness from phenomena to essence.According to the reasons and performance degrees of learning-weariness,and combined with professional methods and theories in social work,students with learning-weariness behavior are intervened to study and solve the problem of learning-weariness.There are six chapters in this paper: chapter one is a summary of the research background,significance,etc.;chapter two is a review of the related literatures on peer support theory and intervention of learning-weariness behaviors;chapter three illustrates the research ideas,research methods of this study;chapter four uses qualitative research methods and combines with previous information to analyze the requirements of group members and the advantages in implementing group intervention by taking H school in Shenzhen as an example;chapter five is mainly about the practical process of the group and the assessment of intervention;chapter six is a further summary and analysis of the above chapters,which proposes suggestions and prospects aiming at those shortcomings.
